These Terms of Service govern your use of AIPhotoEditor, including our website, AI image editing tools, account system, credits, subscriptions, and related features.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

AIPhotoEditor provides browser-based AI image editing and image generation tools. The service may allow you to upload images, enter prompts, select models, generate outputs, store results, and purchase credits or subscriptions.

We may update, change, suspend, or remove features at any time to improve the product, comply with law, or protect the platform.

You may need an account to use some features. You are responsible for keeping your login method and account access secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide accurate information and use the service only in a lawful manner.

You are responsible for the images, prompts, and other content you submit to the service. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, edit, generate, use, and publish that content.

You may not use the service to infringe intellectual property rights, violate privacy or publicity rights, create unlawful content, or submit harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent material.

The service uses AI systems to generate or edit images based on your inputs. Results may vary, may not always be accurate, and may sometimes contain errors, unexpected details, or similarities to other content.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in personal, public, or commercial contexts.

Some features require paid credits or a paid subscription. Prices, plans, included credits, and usage rules are shown on the site at the time of purchase.

Credits may be deducted when you submit a generation or editing request. Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and disputes are handled according to the purchase flow, the plan details shown at checkout, and our payment provider processes.

We may adjust pricing, plan structure, included credits, or product offerings in the future.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Creem. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms and policies of the payment provider you use.

We are not responsible for payment failures caused by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or external payment processor.

You may not use the service to break the law, interfere with the platform, bypass limits, scrape the service, probe for vulnerabilities, spread malware, abuse payment systems, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

To help enforce these rules, prompts submitted for image generation or editing may be screened for NSFW or otherwise prohibited content using Creem's moderation service before processing.

Users are strictly prohibited from generating NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content. If we discover any attempts to bypass our content monitoring systems, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account immediately.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

The AIPhotoEditor website, branding, software, interface, and service design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no rights are granted to you in our software, trademarks, or site content.

We try to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every request will complete successfully.

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis to the extent permitted by law.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
