How do credits work?
Each image or video generation costs credits based on the selected model and output settings. The exact cost is shown before you generate. If the provider fails, credits are automatically refunded to your balance.
Do my credits expire?
Newly purchased credits are valid for one year from payment. Your existing permanent balance and signup credits do not expire. We use credits expiring soonest first, then permanent credits. Failed generations return credits to their original records with the original expiration dates.
What is your refund policy?
Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a refund if you have not used any credits.
