By using the service, you agree that we may process information described in this policy to operate the product, secure accounts, process payments, and improve core service reliability.

We collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and login details when you sign in through Google or another enabled authentication method.

We collect service data when you use the editor, including uploaded images, text prompts, selected models, generation settings, generated outputs, task identifiers, and basic usage timestamps.

Creem processes one-time payments. We store order numbers, checkout identifiers, payment email, purchased credits, currency and amount, refund status, and the remaining account balance. We do not store full card numbers.

We store the Cloudflare-provided IP address, a stable digest of its normalized value, and credit claim records to limit the 10-credit gift to once per IP and account. IPv6 addresses in the same /64 network share one claim. Claim records are retained independently of generation history.

Sign in to the same account on any device to access your remaining credits.

We also use information to prevent abuse, debug failures, monitor performance, verify payments, handle refunds or disputes, and maintain the safety and stability of the platform.

Account, credit, subscription, and generation records may be stored in our database infrastructure. Uploaded and generated images may be stored in cloud object storage so that the service can process requests and return results to your account.

We use third-party infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Google for sign-in, and Creem for payment processing. Your data may be processed by these providers as part of delivering the service.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to run the service, such as with authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payment, and AI model providers, or when required by law.

When you submit a prompt for image generation or editing, we may send that prompt to Creem's moderation service to screen for NSFW or otherwise prohibited content before processing.

When you submit an image or prompt for processing, relevant request data may be sent to our AI model provider so your edit or generation can be completed.

We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data, such as account records, payment records, credit history, and generated content.

Please note that we may keep limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, or legitimate business operations.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the service and the information we process. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should also protect your own account credentials and devices.

This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
