Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 24, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how AIPhotoEditor collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and AI image editing tools. The service lets users sign in, upload images, submit prompts, generate edited images, buy credits, and manage subscriptions.
By using the service, you agree that we may process information described in this policy to operate the product, secure accounts, process payments, and improve core service reliability.
2. Information We Collect
We collect account information such as your name, email address, profile image, and login details when you sign in through Google or another enabled authentication method.
We collect service data when you use the editor, including uploaded images, text prompts, selected models, generation settings, generated outputs, task identifiers, and basic usage timestamps.
If you purchase credits or a subscription, payment and billing information is handled by our payment provider, Creem. We may store related records such as product, order, subscription status, and credit balance, but we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
We may also collect limited technical data such as IP-related request metadata, browser information, device information, log data, and analytics events needed to operate, secure, and measure the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use your information to create and manage your account, authenticate logins, process image editing requests, store generated results, provide access to your credits and subscription history, and respond to support issues.
We also use information to prevent abuse, debug failures, monitor performance, verify payments, handle refunds or disputes, and maintain the safety and stability of the platform.
4. How Your Data Is Stored
Account, credit, subscription, and generation records may be stored in our database infrastructure. Uploaded and generated images may be stored in cloud object storage so that the service can process requests and return results to your account.
We use third-party infrastructure providers, including Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Google for sign-in, and Creem for payment processing. Your data may be processed by these providers as part of delivering the service.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to run the service, such as with authentication, hosting, storage, analytics, payment, and AI model providers, or when required by law.
When you submit a prompt for image generation or editing, we may send that prompt to Creem's moderation service to screen for NSFW or otherwise prohibited content before processing.
When you submit an image or prompt for processing, relevant request data may be sent to our AI model provider so your edit or generation can be completed.
6. Data Retention
We keep information for as long as it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain account history, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
Retention periods may differ depending on the type of data, such as account records, payment records, credit history, and generated content.
7. Your Choices
You may stop using the service at any time. If you want to ask about account access, correction, or deletion, contact us at the email below.
Please note that we may keep limited records where necessary for security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, or legitimate business operations.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the service and the information we process. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should also protect your own account credentials and devices.
9. Children's Privacy
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
